UPDATED AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE: As I guessed, the company is unwilling to accept responsibility for their issues. In fact, the owners response confirms what I said. The yard WAS thriving in March, and it still looked excellent when they began their work in May (which I stated they began in May in my original review, so thank you Jason for confirming what I already said). You also mention that the yard was stressed and that you didn't even mow at your final visit. That is funny considering I have security cameras around my property that show your crew mowing my yard. The video footage does not lie, unlike you. The grass is on a daily watering schedule. 30 minutes in the front and 20 minutes in the back. Once in the morning at 9:00 AM and once in the evening at 7:00 PM....every. single. day. So, I would be interested in hearing Jason's BS rebuttal on the "stressed" grass knowing that it receives daily water. Finally, you are correct that in May my photo of the striped lawn is not exactly how it looked when you began. As I stated in my original review, that photo was taken in March. In May, it was not striped in this exact fashion, but it was green, lush, and 4" tall. Notice how the owner did not refute any of the issues on how tall it was cut, how they didn't address any of the communication issues, how the weed control was not done, and how they didn't honor their portion of the contract. All of that, is true and (as predicated) Jason knew that he had absolutely no argument against that. __________________________________ The ONLY thing this company did successfully was kill all of my grass. In March, my front yard was thriving with beautiful 4” fescue (I am attaching a picture for proof). I began service with this company in May. The very first week, they scalped the yard and cut the fescue at 2”. I called and spoke with the owner and asked “hey how tall are you supposed to keep fescue?” Jason said “4 inches for sure”. So I asked him why they cut mine 2” and he said “well I don’t think you have fescue.” I would expect a landscape company to know their types of grass. I planted it myself and have overseeded myself the past three years. Also, the fact that All Outdoors owns a company called Turf Boss and they still didn’t know my grass was fescue was concerning. Any ways, after that conversation with the owner, they didn’t fix the issue. They kept cutting it short, and I kept providing feedback. But my feedback fell on deaf ears. There were other issues as well. The contract that I signed (and that I honored) said that they would do weed control. I will attach some images of what their version of weed control looks like. I could go on and on, but what difference will it make at this point? I paid $460 per month for their services and feel like I have wasted so much money with them. Not to mention that I paid $1,500 for a full yard cleanup that essentially consisted of weekly maintenance type items and not the things I wanted addressed. I’m done with this company stealing my money when there are better options out there. If you are looking for a company that expects you to honor your part of the contract while they ignore their commitments, this is the right company for you. If you are looking for a company that will do a great job, be attentive, accept feedback, and provide you with a lovely looking yard, go elsewhere. Lastly, based on my conversations with the owner, I fully anticipate that he will respond to this message trying to save face and defend himself. He’s got every right to do that. But if he were to read this review in full, he knows good and well that there is nothing I am saying that is untruthful or that is misrepresented. Shoot, I have a paper trail or images to prove everything I have said. We have had too many phone conversations about the issues for him to think he has any valid arguments. Note: the photo of the nicely striped lawn is a photo from before they began service. The other photos are (shockingly) pictures after they’ve completed service.

All Outdoors did a wonderful job installing artificial turf in my small backyard. It used to be a mud pit and now my 3 year old grandson and I love to play out there. The team was amazing and so respectful of property. They actually hand carried 5 gallon buckets of the dug out material out to dispose of and brought the foundation gravel in the same way so they would not put ruts in my neighborhood lawn. I absolutely love my new yard!
