I had an excellent experience at Super Eagle Auto Care and couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and customer care. They replaced both of my car batteries, completed a wheel alignment, performed a system flush, flushed and replaced my brake fluid, and checked my brakes thoroughly. What truly sets them apart is the extra level of service they provide. I received 5 star service front to back. My representative Jake was awesome. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thoughtful toward me and the handling of my car. He gave good recommendations for things I needed for maintenance as well as told me what wouldn't be necessary to help save me money. The communication was top notch all the way through the peocess. And they even Ubered me to and from the location while they worked on my car. Jake even called me after the job was done to make sure my car was still running fine with no issues. First time visiting Super Eagle and couldn't be more impressed. Very friendly staff. The website offered a simple process to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, they were expecting me. Confirmed the work I wanted done. They explained I'll get a detailed report via text after an inspection. I received a very clear report on recommendations (with photos explaining why) & I was able to either approve or decline each recommendation electronically. The work they did was perfect and very quickly. Highly recommend.

Super Eagle on Orr Road in Charlotte was great and quoted reasonable prices! I visited them for a safety inspection for my Honda and they did a great job. The service was swift—I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Online booking was easy and the waiting area was quite convenient and spacious. The parking area outside is large enough to accommodate busy times. The staff was polite and went out of their way to ensure that the clients’ needs were met. Overall it’s a 10/10 auto repair shop that I highly recommend.

First off, Jake is cool as a polar bears toe nail. He made me feel welcomed, he listen when I spoke about my vehicle. He was very helpful and patient with me. He called or text me with updates and kept me in the loop. I never felt rushed or over sold on the repair. Which is second. The pricing wasn't terrible. I mean no one sees a repair bill and says yay, lol. For the type of repair I believe it was a fair price. Even though I mentioned Jake, I'm sure he has a team around him that makes the behind the scene stuff run smoothly.
