The technician Clay was excellent and the company response time and appointment setting was great. I felt like the end result was a bit pricey, but then again I just moved to the Tyler area within the last year and I’m finding that Tyler contractors for any trade are significantly higher. So, that's not a hit on Mink entirely. Overall, I needed it done and they got it done.

I’ve used Mink Plumbing for as long as I can remember. They have always been really good at troubleshooting but not replacing plumbing items before we need to. Anthony was super. He was professional and very polite. I highly recommend.

Around 5am I discovered a leak in one of the sinks in my main bedroom. I could not find the immediate cause for the water leak. I called Mink and the phone was immediately answered. An appointment was made for 2-4 in the afternoon but later received a call that they could arrive around 11am if that would work for my schedule. Luis and asst. arrived a bit before 11 and found the source of the problem. Fortunately, it was not a major problem. It was quickly fixed at a reasonable. It was a large relief. Because of the weather issues, I had imagined that it might be a serious issue. I am very grateful for the timely service. Luis installed a tankless hot water heater a couple of years ago, so I knew I had a skilled person dealing with my issue. The service provided exceeded my expectations.
