My recent visit to the Mall of New Hampshire was honestly unacceptable. The conditions inside the mall were shocking. It was freezing throughout the building, as if the heat wasn’t working at all. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable sewage smell that I kept encountering randomly in different areas of the mall. The bathrooms — and even the hallway leading up to them — smelled strongly like sewage, and there was no hot water at the sinks. That is a basic sanitation requirement and should never be an issue in a public facility. The most disturbing part of my visit happened in the food court. While getting Chinese food, I saw a cockroach on the floor. Seeing pests in an area where food is served is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This experience fell far below basic standards of cleanliness and safety. Management needs to take immediate action to address these issues before more customers have similar experiences. Until then, I cannot recommend visiting.
