The Mac Corner

I called Mac Corner specifically to get a ballpark estimate for selling my iPhone 15 Pro Max - used but in nearly perfect condition. The gentleman on the phone refused to give me any range at all and insisted I come in person. After making the trip, I was given an offer of $300. To put that in perspective, even major carriers and big-box retailers (who are notorious for low-balling) are offering significantly more. It’s frustrating to have a business waste your time by refusing a phone estimate only to present a subpar offer in person. While their inventory for sale looks decent, my experience as a seller was poor. If you’re looking to trade in or sell, I’d highly recommend checking other local or online options first so you don’t waste a trip. I normally do not do reviews at all. This one just really was disappointing to the level that I felt I needed to say something.

I bought a new IPhone 17 and a new IPad from the Apple Store. I picked up the new items. I wanted them to transfer my information from my old phone/Ipad but instead I was told to sit at a chair and do it myself. Anyway the store was getting busy the techs were helping other people. I was able to erase my old phone and use my new phone but I was frustrated because my iPad was taking so long and I didn’t know if that was typical or what. I took everything I had and left the Apple Store. I called the Mac Corner store and they said “bring it down we can help you”! The young man was very friendly and knew exactly what to do! All my information transferred over. I am very happy! I will in the future come to the Mac Corner store for all my Apple needs! Thank you!!
