MTR Mobile Transport Repair

MTR takes great care of our fleet of trucks! We mostly work with Ramon. He’s a straight up guy and is passionate about his work. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything he’s doing; from the diagnostics to getting the truck back on the road. He is very attentive and always seems to be available for a call, even if he’s in the middle of something else. It’s a very confident feeling being on the road knowing someone like him is able to help any way he can.

When another shop in town let me down and told me things I knew not to be true I took my car to MTR. I explained my situation and it was obvious I was desperate. This listened to what I was saying and didn't just brush me off and just run a diag and call it a day. They fixed the issue and got me back up and running. Months later they reached out and asked how my company and truck was doing. Expressed how happy they were for me and let me know they'd always be there for me in the future. I've lived here 14 years and this is the 1st time I've left a shop and known I've been taking care of and not ripped off. Amazing people.
