I am not a customer with this company. However, my mum needed a new battery (the MacBook pro she has was bulging) and I looked up the best ones in town. From the first interaction with her, to the repair being done (less than 36 hours) he had ordered the part and installed it. He treated her with dignity and respect and even fixed the blown speakers (not by replacement, but made it stop sounding like a rock in a washing machine). I want to extend my earnest and most heartfelt thank you to Chad for taking care of my mother and also make sure that anyone thinking of going anywhere else to at least give Chad a try. It is hard to find good repair people anywhere that isn't a corporation or trying to rip you off So thank you Chad. You made her day and thus have made mine. Not going anywhere else for Mac repair. Even to Apple itself.

I highly recommend taking your apple device to this place if you have any issues! I have genuinely never received faster service from any other computer repair service. While the price may be slightly more expensive than what you might pay at a general shop, the efficiency of this place is 100% worth the extra money. Not to mention the incredible, highly informational service from Chad. He is very helpful and walks you through exactly what he needs to do without any secret caveats. Amazing place!
