Absolutely incredible! My daughter's phone was hacked and we couldn't even restart it, completely locked out. I searched for 2 days, talked to the phone company, googled, waited.....and within 10min they had it unlocked and ready to go. Definitely recommend, 100000 out of 10!!

My screen on my iPhone turned black, couldn’t get any response on the screen but I was still getting notifications. Brought my phone to the Lab expecting to pay for a new screen. Not sure what the gentleman’s name was, but as I was explaining my problem he soft reset my phone and voila, phone works again. After which, there was no expectation of any payment or any ill attitude, just a smile and have a good day after he explained what he had done to fix it. I’m beyond grateful and that experience alone is enough to get repeat business from me. Great customer service, polite and professional. Will absolutely be referring people to The Lab!

They stand behind their work✅ I had an iPhone 16 screen replaced and screen protector applied, and it developed a dead spot a few days later… they got it fixed same day, replaced both screen and screen protector again without cost or question. Will be back again with all of my repairs!

The staff was courteous and responsive to my needs. They had the inventory on the self for the repair that I need done. The repair time for my phone was done within the time frame that was stated to me before the repair started. Price was fair. I would recommend this talented group to others with out hesitation.
