Diego does an excellent job every time he comes to spray my house. He is very professional, reliable, and thorough with his work. He takes the time to make sure everything is done properly and always provides outstanding customer service. He’s respectful, friendly, and makes the whole process easy. I highly recommend him!
I've been with this company a few years and have had the same service tech Joaquin pretty much the whole time, he is very thorough and respectful on our property, when we're not home and forgot to leave the gate open for him he gives us a call to let us know so we can set-up for him to come back at another time to spray missed areas. They always give a good heads up when our appointment is approaching in case we need to reschedule and are very communicative about their ETA, when they arrive and when they have left, I am very happy with my service
We’ve been with ecogen for a few years and would highly recommend. Easy and quick communication. Joaquin is amazing. He’s the one that always does our home and he’s friendly, personable, and professional. He always takes a little time to chat with our family and give the dog plenty of pets. We look forward to seeing him.
