I've been with this company a few years and have had the same service tech Joaquin pretty much the whole time, he is very thorough and respectful on our property, when we're not home and forgot to leave the gate open for him he gives us a call to let us know so we can set-up for him to come back at another time to spray missed areas. They always give a good heads up when our appointment is approaching in case we need to reschedule and are very communicative about their ETA, when they arrive and when they have left, I am very happy with my service
