I purchased a screen protector from this merchant on Black Friday two years ago and was explicitly given a lifetime warranty for free screen protector replacements. They provided me with a card and instructed me to write my device’s IMEI number on it so I could receive future replacements. I’ve used this same card multiple times over the last two years with no issue. When I went in today for another replacement, the merchant suddenly claimed that my card “wasn’t valid,” that it “wasn’t his handwriting,” and gave several other excuses. They have clearly changed their policy and are now refusing to honor the warranty they originally promised. This business does not stand by its word. They do not honor past purchases, change their rules whenever they want, and leave loyal customers without the service they were guaranteed. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not believe a word they say

I brought in my 7th generation iPad, which I had almost decided to throw away after Apple quoted me $350 for a repair. At that price, I figured I might as well buy a newer model. Thankfully, I decided to take it to The Fix instead, and I’m so glad I did. The technician was extremely helpful and offered a reasonable price to diagnose whether the issue was the battery or the charging port. It turned out to be the battery, and the total cost was only $109. They returned it to me in mint condition! I’m very satisfied with the service and only wish I had known about The Fix months ago. I highly recommend them to anyone needing iPad repairs! Oh and the icing on the cake - he didn’t charge me taxes and gave me a flat rate! Thank you, The Fix!

. my first encounter with him was satisfying the people that were very nice. When I first went in. They gave me a great deal for two devices one being an iPhone and the other being iPad. I had a little bit of a issue as my Wi-Fi did not work once the repair was done and my iPhone 13 had a little glitch, but at the end of the day they were able to resolve all the issues and fix the problems so I’m satisfied with the results. They seem like good people and people that want to help the community with the repairs. They need on their devices overall give them a 4.5 out of five great customer service and once again, the character, the issue, which I really do appreciate

Do not bring your device here unless you want it all scratched up! I had my back glass replace today. They scratched up the edge of iPhone & it appears they may have tried to cover it up with sharpie on one edge. They left a ton of glue exposed as well. When I was paying, I set my case on the counter since I had it in my purse. The employee quickly flashed the back at me before putting it in the case. When I got home to inspect it against my husband’s phone(we have the same one) I see why he didn’t hand me my phone & let me put it in the case myself. Edit to add: My camera keeps going in/out of focus and people are complaining about not being able to hear me when I’m on FaceTime.
