I called them last week and spoke to the owner (Eric) he stated he would be in his shop/office at 8am on Monday. He did mention that he moved to 266 Hillsdale Ave into his friends shop. I show up at 9:15am having difficulty finding his sign and suite number, finally I find it after 15 min and the shop is closed as of 9:45am. The disappointing thing is it took me 15 min to drive from San Jose to this location to find out no one is here. I decided to call (Eric) and he said he is out of town on a job, and would not be onsite for another 60 min. Unfortunately I can’t wait around one hour as my time is extremely limited. He never conveyed to me that he would not be in his shop in the morning, communication is not difficult. I wish he was more open & provided me with full transparency.
