This is a great shop to repair your computer. My table top didn't have the required hardware to run windows 11. Daniel was my assigned tech and he was very good. Daniel got my computer the required hardware and several updates to be able able to download windows 11. Daniel was very informative and professional and my computer works better than ever.
I dropped my backup system at h the Clickaway, thinking all my old videos were gone. Daniel very quickly identified the issue with is application support and found all the files. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service again. This is my third time working with Daniel and ha has always been very professional and helpful.
I needed a new laptop and everything from my old laptop to be transferred to my new laptop. To get everything looking the same on both is not an easy task. Daniel did it all perfectly. He is quite the expert. Nothing fazed him. And there were lots of challenges with Windows 11. I felt very well taken care of. And I even learned new tricks from him in the process. A great experience.
We had a fantastic experience with ClickAway! Our afterschool program relies on an ION Block Rocker Portable Speaker every day and the microphone input is essential for our activities and lessons. When the microphone input broke, the team at ClickAway went above and beyond to help us out. A special shout-out to Tom and his team for their incredible work and generosity! They ran a free diagnostic and spent hours carefully disassembling the speaker to identify the issue. After all that effort, they provided a clear and fair quote for the repair and fixed the issue the same day I dropped it off. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication really stood out. It’s rare to find a team willing to invest that much time just to make sure a community program can keep running smoothly. We’re so grateful for their honesty and expertise ClickAway truly saved the day for our students! Highly recommend them for any electronic repairs or troubleshooting needs.
