The Fix - (Tech Repair), Walmart Treasury Drive Cleveland

Although I had a positive experience with the customer service and pricing at this establishment, i truly hate to complain about the hardware. But I have encountered several issues with the replacement screen for my iPhone. Initially, my phone's battery began draining rapidly, and the screen had trouble recognizing my touch. The staff attempted to resolve these issues by adjusting some settings, like the air drop that I’ve never turned on or used. Not clear on how it works. I know what it does. But uncertain if it was intentional and for some reason or not. What is clear is that my battery life if now at 87% and it only lasts maybe 6 hours. I have to have it plugged in now. Once it hits 33% it dies very very quickly. Furthermore, the camera quality and touch sensitivity deteriorated significantly, making it difficult to use my phone effectively. To make matters worse, the replacement screen cracked after a minor drop, which never happened with my original Apple screen. Overall, I appreciate the friendly service and competitive pricing at this establishment, but I am disappointed with the quality and reliability of the replacement screen. I will likely seek a different solution for any future screen repairs."
