Took my iPhone 16 Pro Max to The Fix and they got it fixed without any hassle. Pricing was fair, and the staff was easy to deal with and helpful throughout the process. Overall a solid experience with good customer service. I’d definitely go back.

Do yourself a favor and walk the 10 extra feet into the mall past The Fix to the cell repair kiosk Cellfixi or repair shop on the lower level. Located near the food court across from JCPenny in a large corner space is The Fix. I walked in and got a quote for a replacement iPhone battery that I thought was way too high $150, he came down to $130. I quoted a rate I had gotten from another vendor earlier in the week for $80. He came down to $100 throwing in a screen protector. Wanting to just get it done I agreed. I literally walked 10 feet down the mall and there was a cell phone phone repair kiosk Cellfixi.I asked him how much he would charge me and he said without hesitation $80. I returned to The Fix and asked for the phone back, he balked, I challenged him about the pricing he came down to $80 + tax. (Though I suspect now they are same owners or affiliated.) While waiting I took a walk and found on the lower level yet another cell phone repair store. Out of curiosity, I asked what he would charge and without hesitation he quoted me $79. Lesson learned, please do yourself a favor and get a quote from all the cell phone repair vendors in the mall before making your choice. I feel The Fix may be taking advantage of people who are desperate to get their phones fixed and are price gauging. My battery was successfully replaced in a 1/2 hr and all seems to be well. $80+9.99 tax

I just visited The Fix to repair my phone, and the experience was amazing! The service was quick and professional, their deals are unbeatable, and the staff was super friendly. Special shout-out to Max,he was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!
