Custom Fix(cell phone & tablet repair)

I had the back glass of my iPhone 15 Pro completely shattered, and Custom Fix did an amazing job fixing it. The whole experience was super smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and finished the repair much faster than I expected. The phone looks brand new now — you’d never even know it was broken. They used quality parts, and the fit and finish are perfect. I really appreciated how professional and friendly they were throughout the whole process. Called ahead of time, and was told they had the part. Got here and had to wait 2 hours for a screen to be brought. Did not tell me the price did not include tax. Did not put on the screen protecter like he said he would for my wait. As soon as I walked away my phone cracked by the camera, and kept powering off/Saying it’s over heated. I am now back the next morning at opening time and no one is here. Very upset and do not recommend. I believe they write their own reviews. Will update.
