Horrible experience. I’m not upset about my situation alone, but concerned that others may also be losing their money. The business referred to paying customers who left 1–2 star Google reviews as “enemies,” which I find completely unprofessional. The service quality was poor, and despite acknowledging issues in other reviews, the owner has not offered any refunds or repayment. They claim, “Our team works with honesty and professionalism, and such words do not reflect our values—or the respect we always show our customers,” yet their website displays only five-star ratings and lists no disadvantages or negative feedback at all. My phone was supposedly “fixed,” but it is still broken and unusable after my visit. Please take this back as feedback and improve.
