I had a great experience with Darryl and the roofers and could not be happier with my new roof from start to finish. The process was smooth and professional. Darryl took the time to explain everything clearly answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, the crew was extremely hard-working and efficient getting done with the job in one day. The cleanup was incredible and I would absolutely recommend this crew to any of my friends
I recently had my roof replaced by TEC and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Daryl, the project manager, walked me through the entire process and made everything easy from start to finish. He showed genuine care and really wanted everything to be perfect. Fernando, the site supervisor, was also great to work with and made sure everything on-site went smoothly. The day after our install, a big storm came through, and Daryl actually stopped by to check on us and make sure everything was still in great shape. He even helped me clean up some downed limbs from my driveway — that kind of personal care and attention is rare these days. During this process, a family member passed away, and Daryl and his team sent flowers to our family. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot and showed just how much TEC truly cares about their customers beyond the job itself. The crew worked hard, the cleanup was excellent, and the final result looks fantastic. Check out the cool shots they provided! If you need a new roof — or even just want to talk with Daryl about planning for the future — I can’t recommend TEC enough. They go above and beyond in every way!
TEC, Asher, and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. A hail storm damaged our roof and they helped with every step of the process. If you need a roofing company they are reliable and trustworthy.
I would strongly encourage any homeowner's in the York area that may be questioning whether they are in need of a new roof or if they have storm damage to contact Daryl Brubaker, Project Manager for TEC. I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not I had incurred damage from some recent storms but we gave Daryl an opportunity to inspect and he earned our trust very quickly in the process. He assured us that we did in fact have damage that warranted a claim and he worked with us every step of the way - filing the claim process, he was there to meet with the adjuster to give his perspective, pick the color shingles once the roof was approved, and the day of install he was there before the crew showed up and there after they cleaned up and left. He even came back out the next day just to ensure everything was put back properly and no debris was missed in the clean up. I can’t think of anything more we could have asked from him that he did not deliver in this process. Trust us, the thought of filing an insurance claim and disputing with the adjuster can sound arduous, and at times it was, but trust Daryl if he advises you to move forward with the process. It’s worth it!
We wanted and needed to take the opportunity to express our deepest appreciation to Josh Jenkins, Project Manager for The Exterior Company (TEC). During that month we had vicious windstorms, topped off by yet an additional violent wind and hail storm. When Josh arrived at our home, we appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and clear communication. Since both my wife and I are Veterans, it didn’t take long for us to realize that Josh had the quality distinctive characteristics and personality that we were familiar with. When we saw the Veteran symbol on his business card, we understood his thorough explanations, without being prompted. We also realized he has the ability to work anyone. He brought all the materials to our home to see, feel, touch and explained all the pros and cons of the materials. Josh answered all of our questions and concerns, including my concerns about our skylights. His team went right to work as soon as they arrived and finished their quality work way before I thought they would. We really appreciated their detailed efforts cleaning up the debris and protecting the landscaping and property from damage. The replacement skylights are simply beautiful. The replaced gutters and the Herringbone color make the perfect match to our new roof and our homes siding. TEC was efficient & timely. The turnaround times were quick and jobs completed within the discussed timeframe. A superior finished product with a beautiful look. Both friendly, competent, and respectful roofing and gutter crews contributed to our positive overall experience. They were fast, clean, and easy to work with. They did a great job, and were excellent communicating every step of the way. In addition, they have a very thorough warranty on their work. In summary, TEC is an excellent company in quality, service and price. We send this review with a very High Recommendation!
