The record cold temps during the winter of 2026 have taken a toll on my aging oil furnace/hot water baseboard heating system, requiring J&J to troubleshoot and repair two problems one of which was an early morning emergency. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and timely in their emergency response and got "ole betsey" purring again. I highly recommend them.
HVAC in our old house is a puzzle that takes team work and experience to solve. Over the years J&J has taken the time to learn the workings and sends the techs who can figure out the problems. Between that and them being honest and fair, I've found my contractor.
Had a great experience with J&J Heating! They took the time to speak with me about my problem and brainstorm solutions and what was needed. We ultimately decided that I didn't need anything from them- and I was so impressed with their honesty and integrity in giving me great advice for free. Will definitely call them if I have issues in the future!
We had a great experience using J&J when we needed a new gas line run. So we called them back when we had some plumbing concerns. The previous excellent customer service we had received was not repeated. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem, but also charged us for two hours of work that we did not receive. Needless to say, we will NOT be using them again.
Within a few hours of first calling, J&J sent a plumber to my house, resulting in a quick repair to our tub, which prevented us from being without a working tub/shower. Plumber Alex was kind and courteous, on top of doing a great job with the repair. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
