Paul was wonderful. The night before he let me know that he would be early. The morning of he gave me a 15 min heads up when he was on his way (I REALLY appreciate the communication). Paul told me that he needed the generator in the driveway before he arrived, so there were no surprises. He worked quickly and explained his process to me when things were fixed. The generator has a battery as well as gas (and a propane option) so we didn’t know what the heck was wrong! Paul walked me through the battery issue and how to start (and stop) the generator with and without the battery and how to prevent this issue in the future. Would recommend him to EVERYONE!

Paul came out to my house yesterday too repair my snowblower. He diagnosed the problem immediately and went right to work addressing it. He did a great job, was very personable, and also helped both explain and point out the issue as he resolved it. I also thought Paul’s rates were veryreasonable for his services.

Paul did a great job replacing a broken fuel valve and cleaning the carburetor on my Generac generator. Scheduling and communication were easy and flawless. Paul also took time out to explain the repairs and how to properly maintain my generator. I cannot say enough good things about the service Paul provided. Outstanding.

Paul was super easy to schedule, arrived early, and got my snowblower working like new in a short amount of time. He was extremely knowledgeable, especially regarding the fact that my blower is rather old. His service is very convenient since he comes right to your house, and was very affordable (pretty sure it was less expensive than places that pick up and return your equipment-plus it’s faster). Can’t recommend him enough!
