I'm very happy with my experience with Sir Grout! My shower looks MUCH better, and isn't getting recurring mildew like it used to. Rod explained the process well, Peter did a nice job, and the whole process was easy and reasonably priced.
Our shower caulking and grout was showing signs of age. My sister referred me to this company because she used them for her bathtub area two years ago and is very happy with the work they completed. We just couldn't seem to keep our shower caulking mildew free. After a failed DIY attempt at fixing it ourselves, we gave up and called SirGrout. They made it easy to schedule a consultation and followup appointment. The job was completed thoroughly and the shower looks so much better. We will heed their advice for maintenance and cleaning.
We recently had sir grout do some recaulking around our bath tub, and tile cleaning and grout sealing on the shower walls and bathroom floor. Our technician Peter explained the whole process, took exceptional care in our home, and made our bathroom look better than new! I highly recommend Sir Grout of Hartford and will definitely use them again should the need arise!
We have an older tile floor in our kitchen that we still really like and did not want to replace. However, over the years the grout became very hard to clean, and the tile looked dull. We called Rod to schedule a look and give us a quote. He was very good explaining the process, and was able to email us a detailed quote the next day. Peter, the technician arrived on time and stayed all day cleaning and then re-grouting the tile. He explained each step along the way. Afterwards, he put a sealant on the entire floor. We were amazed with how new the floor looked. Both gentlemen were easy to work with and I would use them again for future work. I highly recommend them for any grout work you are considering.
Rod and his tech did an amazing job. My tile floor took a beating over the last ten years to the point anything I used to clean it made no difference. They came in, cleaned the floor, fixed the color of my grout with epoxy and sealed everything. My floor now looks like it did the first day it was installed. I would absolutely recommend them!
