I thought my ps5 was destroyed because I dropped it on the HDMI connector. Cloud9 took it in and fixed it quickly for a great price. They even fully cleaned it and it working better than ever! I’m so grateful these guys know what they’re doing.

Used this shop for a day-of iPhone battery replacement. Shine was responsive to my text asking if an appointment was necessary. Once i arrived, he had me all set (battery replaced) within 30 mins. Reasonably priced. Go here for all your tech needs! 10/10.
I came to get a broken screen fixed after reading reviews. My experience was consistent with others': great service at a decent price. The man who presumably runs it (and was there every time I went) is honest and straightforward about what's wrong and how much it will cost. I saw him interact with a customer whose phone wasn't working and it could have been one of three things. He explained the price for any of these very clearly. It's great to do business with someone who clearly knows his stuff. I hope I don't need him again but I'll definitely refer everybody I know there!
