The Auto Healer - Mobile Mechanic

what was supposed to be a 1 day job turned out to be 4 days that the technician had my vehicle. not only did he show up with his girlfriend in the vehicle, he was observed outside of the vehicle arguing with her when we went to check on the progress. during the 4 day period we had to spend extra money to get the vehicle towed to a different location for them to continue and when we would check on progress technician would be gone for long periods of time without notifying us whether he was finished for the day or not and would leave our vehicle unlocked when kindly asked to lock it whenever he would leave it unattended. the technician had cut wires in the vehicle that we originally did not request to be done but after the owner expressed the concern with the wires we trusted that the technician knew what he was doing and allowed him to proceed expecting for them to be replaced correctly. after finally “finishing” the vehicle, when we went to drive it there was clearly something still wrong with it so after being told that that was the only technician in the area who could service us, we did not trust his work and took it to another location to be checked out and they informed us that the technician had not properly replaced the wiring and in order to go in and fix that, it would be a $200+ repair for something that was supposed to be fixed from the jump when convinced that we should trust them with the repair to begin with. the company appears to be extremely unprofessional and money hungry not genuinely concerned about the customers needs. my boyfriend had called to work with the owner to find a resolution to which the owner became extremely defensive and threatened to take us to civil court if we attempted to dispute the charge for the faulty work they did even though disputing the charge was never mentioned on our end when addressing the botched work the mechanic had done to my vehicle. the owner stated that there is only one technician in our area that the company would be willing to provide for our requested service to which we expressed prior concern about this specific technician during the course of having the vehicle worked on. owner was persistent for us to follow the warranty even though warranty does not protect the consumer against the technicians faulty workmanship. if you’re looking to have your vehicle properly repaired i would highly suggest NOT hiring this company!!!!!

Their diagnosis for my repairs was incomplete. They only diagnosed part of the issue to begin and gradually discovered more issues. I've dug myself a hole with the costs I've put into the repairs at this point. I never would have gone ahead with the repairs if I knew the additional costs would continue and had a full picture of the repairs needed in the first place. When I reached out to express my concerns, I didn’t get a response.

This company is THE BEST! I’ve used this company 3 times now (2 different cars) and referred to a handful of friends who all agree The Auto Healer takes care of their customers. They’re fast with answering all your questions. They treat you with respect and they’re well worth the price they charge. Their tech was even super great with my kid who wouldn’t leave him alone. He was explaining the process on what he was doing to teach her the way. It melted my heart! You won’t be disappointed!
