I’m so glad I finally found a repair company that truly cares about their customers and gets the job done right the first time! Mark was our technician, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. He repaired our water filtration unit, dishwasher, and even our commercial-grade coffee maker. When you rely on equipment working properly in a business setting, having skilled technicians you can trust is absolutely essential. They provide excellent service at a fair price, and the quality of their work really stands out. Service was good, quick and easy to repair it seemed, and rep took the time to show and explain old parts vs new and how the machine shouldoperatevs how it was. Would have liked to hear transparency on how much the replacement parts were and how much was charged for labor. As hearing these can also give a better understanding not only of the work & effort that goes into the job but for the consumer to not feel like they got hit with a big repair amount that they are uneducated on.
