Telle Tire & Auto Centers Jefferson City

I just recently moved to Jefferson City and was looking for a new place to take my car. I remembered my best friend saying years ago that she used Telle Tire so I decided it was worth the try. Amazing service and good people!!! They were super nice, informative, accommodating, and quick!!! The last place I tried in Jeff didn't allow me to wait with my vehicle. They literally put me in a dinky van and drove me to Target alone and left me stranded there for 4 hours 😭. Very good service from Telle. First time going through them for tire installation and was quite nervous after purchasing a new car. Brooke was kind and helpful. I was able to get a great price on my new tires and they were honest enough people to tell me my car did not need realignment and took the charge off my bill. They also helped me put my summer tires in my car and waited for me to make sure there was no damage done in the process. Highly reccomend.

I had a shake in my steering wheel and they offered me a bundle ( 4 struts, rotation and alignment)..I took it. They also topped off air in my tires. Upon leaving I have had to go back because they did not put the stem cap back on. ( They put a free one on after trying to say there was never one on in the first place...LIE) I still have a shake in my steering wheel due to cupping in my tire. my center cap to my rim fell off while driving because it was not locked in by them, and now I have a clicking noise in my front passenger tire because the lug nuts are not torqued all the way or they did something to my CV axel it was not doing that befo... I heard about Telle Tire through various recommendations on Jeff City pages on Facebook. My husband and I needed to get our safety inspections for our vehicles. Brooke at the front desk was so kind! I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who was at the desk but he was also very kind. The waiting room had nice refreshments and they work very quick. When you walk in they have a cute arrangement of plants that I thought was really nice. I’m pleased with their services all around. O needed an ID/OD Inspection to title my car. Some rude fella at Dobbs just refused to provide me the service so I went to Telle. Excellent experience! As soon as I arrived they greeted me with friendly smiles. I let em know what I needed the without hesitation performed the inspection had me back on the road in less then 10 minutes. Super friendly, super helpful, and set the tone for and easy resolution. I was able get the title processing with new plates in hand in under an hour.
