Super helpful and above all else, kind-hearted. I came in because I had slow leak on one of my tires. They were super busy that day and I waited there for nearly two hours. However, once they got a chance to look at the issue, they immediately fixed it, and did not charge me a dime for it. I’m coming back here when it’s time to buy new tires!
The manager at the front desk was girly knowledgeable and was able to help me with a difficult repair. Another shop in town said a new valve stem would never fit and advised i buy a new wheel but Warehouse identified the wheel right away (over 50 years old don’t remember vehicle) and found the perfect stem to fit. Truly experts at their trade
The staff there the reception was very open concern, respectful and helpful. The mechanic was very hands-on my vehicle truthful and concern about the maintenance in my vehicle very good person. I wanted a specific brand of tires for my coupe and a different shop I tried didn't offer them, so I went here. Came in just this morning to make an appointment, and luckily later, they got in the Kendas I needed, so I was able to come back later in the day to get 'em. Didn't have to wait long for the work to be done. Glad I got what I wanted with great service.
