Nissan of Jefferson City Service Department

What an amazing team! I am overwhelmingly grateful to Brian and Zach and the incredible mechanics who spent 2 days wrestling with my ornery, elderly truck! I am back on the road with heat I can control and renewed confidence in my truck's ability to get me where I need to go. I live 45 miles from the Nissan shop. At 4:30 Friday afternoon, I got the call that the truck was ready. Their shop closes at 5:30, but Zach and the mechanic were willing to stay as long as necessary for me to get there (through rush hour and highway traffic). I arrived with barely 10 minutes to spare, and the mechanic still took the time to provide details about the work that was done, what I should keep an eye on, and when I should drop it off for a quick post-op visit. Zach filled in more details, including the distance they went to pick up parts that became unexpectedly necessary. If you've read this far, I hope you get how great this team is and why I'm willing to travel so far to stick with them!

Zach was terrific. My son purchased his Dodge Ram there in October, 2019, and has had some service work done over the years. On Friday, Nov 7, we stopped by ‘shortly before closing time’ yet Zach was patient and gave us several choices in scheduling an appt. Also, my son was worried about one tire being low yet Zach didn’t hesitate to check the tire and added air to all 4 tires which we really appreciated. Today, Nov 14, we came in to have the oil changed. The wait was much shorter than expected. He is such a good representative of the Nissan dealership who is fortunate to have him as an employee.
