Bought a dryer Saturday once we got it home it didnt work. They were already closed. Tried calling but no voicemail. Called monday wanting our money back and to return it. They said they dont take returns. Only can fix it. Scheduled for today between 1 and 3. They never showed up. We called and they said they close in an hour so it wont be today. Dont buy from here. Company came out to see it and said its the motor. Switched it out for a different maytag dryer same price. This one is working.

I requested a repair on a 2 1/2 year old Maytag washer at the end of October. The repair person came out and determined the problem was the motherboard. So I was charged for the motherboard $270 plus the $95 to look at the washer. I now have $365 in the washer. After two more trips to attempt to fix the washer, I was told they could not fix my washer. I was not offered any money back, but they offered a 4 to 5 year old washer they had in stock. I was okay with that until I was told that I would have to pay for delivery and haul away of my washer. I told them to keep the used washer. By the way if anyone needs a new motherboard, I will sell it cheap.

Mike and Kate came out and worked around my schedule. They called ahead of time and took their time looking at my stove to try and find a way to repair the circuit board which would be the least expensive. They were very honest about it being a refurbished board as the part is no longer made. They said they could do that, no problem if that’s what we wish or we might want to think about investing in a new stove. Due to their guidance and the time they took with us we made the best decision for our family. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We will definitely be using their services in the future
