My son broke his playstation 5 HDMI, I came here becauze a friend referred me and im so glad i stopped by! Saved me $500 from having to buy a new one. Great staff, answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this shop!
I was able to get my kids iPad fixed same day for half the cost of another nearby shop. Amazing customer service, staff was so attentive and friendly. Locally owned too! Highly recommend
I know this place has amazing reviews, which is why I went here to have my ps5 hdmi port to be serviced but I have to be honest. My experience was not a good one. 1. Price of repair was ok. It was a little more than a third of what it would cost to buy a new ps5. 2. Time it took for repair was not great. I see that some people had their devices repaired the same day. I turned mine in on a Tuesday morning. I was told it would be ready by Friday at the latest. I did not receive my ps5 until the following Wednesday. 3. Communication was terrible. I received no updates from the store even though the repair was delayed. I called the store and when someone did answer the phone they told me they didn’t know anything. I was told they would check with repair tech and call me back, I never received a phone call back. For any information I did receive, I had to be the one to contact the store. I was never called. I was finally told the following week on Tuesday, that their normal tech was sick and they had to have it serviced with another tech. They then said it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. This is fine, I understand that stuff happens, but it took a week for any information, and once again, I wasn’t called, I had to initiate the conversation every time to get any information. On Wednesday once again I had to call in order to know when the device was going to be ready to be picked up. 4. Finalization of service was also not great. Not a single time was there any apology for the delayed service or lack of communication. No attempt at all at giving any good customer service was given. I got the device back and it works, that was the only positive outcome.
Fantastic customer service and great pricing. I got my iPhone fixed in under and hour, my screen was shattered and they offered me a free protector! They are also locally owned. Support small biz!
I drove almost 30 minutes to get here, but man it was worth it! I got my son's PlayStation 5 HDMI port repaired in under an hour. Very easy experience and the staff was very helpful in explaining the process. Worth the drive! Also a big plus because they are locally owned and operated, support small businesses!!
