Building a new house, called to get pricing, was given the sales rep number, called and left a message never received a call back. Then we went into the store talked to salesman, he said he would email us pricing for the 2 fireplaces, he never emailed, I called him several days later, he said “I got slammed, I will get it to you today” Still waiting 2 days later.
Had an issue with fireplace ignition. Mark was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within 15 mins. He also cleaned the inside fireplace, glass and screen. Very reasonable! Highly recommend.
After calling a few other competitors to come fix our fireplace (with poor results), I landed on Complete Home Concepts and couldn't be more pleased with their experience, knowledge, and thoroughness! Cody was incredible, he knew what he was doing, identified our problem, replaced the part and then proceeded to clean the entire unit before leaving. Needless to say my wife was pleased when she got home to see how nice everything looked. We have heat for the winter! Thank you!
