I took my phone to get the screen repaired, and I’m pretty sure they replaced my camera and battery with worse parts. Camera quality is now significantly worse than it was and my battery doesn’t stay charged all day since I picked it up from there. Also, they replaced my screen with a part that wasn’t recognized as an Apple product (according to my settings app).
I had a great experience at Tech Pro Phones & Electronics Repair in Roanoke. My phone was fixed fast, and they were extremely flexible and fair with the price, which meant a lot to me. The staff was friendly, honest, and professional. It’s hard to find repair shops that truly care about their customers, but this place does. Highly recommend!
I needed my phone screen replaced and was afraid they would overcharge me. He showed me he wasn’t, and they did a nice and fast job fixing it. These guys seem honest and are concerned about keeping their customers happy. I recommend them!
Great customer service. They fix my PlayStation 5. The system would not take a game disc and fan was not working. They only need an hour and a half to get the job done.
The staff and customer service at this location are wonderful. They were able to order the screen I needed quickly and fixed my phone within 30 minutes. I really appreciate their help. This is a great location to go to for any tech repairs!
