Patrick Higgins (technician and owner) took our call, last minute, the Friday before temperatures were supposed to drop to the 20s over the weekend. He ensured my family had a working heating unit before the severe cold weather arrived. The next day he reached out to follow up and make sure the equipment continued to work properly. Excellent service all around from Tackle. Patrick and his crew did amazing work installing a new A/C and Heater for me. They pay attention to detail, and even keep the whole operation clean throughout the job. They were quick and efficient, making sure I got the right system with a great warranty.
