I needed help. They provided that service professionally. Came to my location within couple hours of calling. The repair tech was knowledgeable and stayed patient. He didnt work in the best environment in our yard. Would like to thank him and the company on the short notice fixing our heating. Its cold outside and warm inside now.

Called around 9am, was able to have a technician arrive only 2 hrs later to diagnose and replace what was necessary to get our AC system working properly again. Andrew did a quick and amicable job and represented Benfatti well.

Superior Service. New Tankless Water Heater + many other miscellaneous items. Andrew, Terrell, Cole and Quinn did excellent work. They checked everything before they left to make sure everything worked properly. They took the time to explain everything in terms I understand. They also took care of details of extra stuff they did and I am most appreciative. Andrew was simply excellent!! Joe was very good in explaining estimates and took the time to deliver the paperwork in person. Paige is a super in office helper and prime contact and was super helpful.
