Tom responded to our unexpected HVAC emergency with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Tom and team arrived to the work site as scheduled and completed the work early and efficiently. Having dealt with other AC service providers (Benfatti, Keefe), we are quite glad that we can depend on Griffith Properties AC & Heating for this type of work now and in the future.

Tom has been my AC guy for the last 5 years! He is always puts his customers first and is very reasonable with pricing. Tom has never let me and my family down and will always be my AC guy!
