Gowland's Heating & A/C

I usually don't write review but this is one that I have to do. Mr. Sam and his crew George, Benny, and Robert were a God send. My AC went out 6 weeks ago and I did have a Home Warrenty. Of course after paying 248 months of paying the premium they denied me and told me that it's a pre existent condition. I won't name the company but the initials are CHW. I had to pay out of pocket to have the unit replaced. I had 3 estimates and Gowland's came and explained everything that would take place. After comparing the 3 estimates Gowland's had my decision wrapped up. They arrived before the arrival time and went to work and within 5 hours they had me cooling off my home. When they left my house it was cleaned and there were no evidence they were even here except the cold air blowing out of the vents. This was yesterday and this morning Mr. Sam called me to make sure everything was working and was I satisfied. I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED! If anyone is reading this, Gowland's AC is the company you are looking for. 5 stars are not enough to rate this company. EXCELLENT COMPANY AND STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING. THANK YOU GOWLAND'S AC. I REALLY FEEL BLESSED AND THANK GOD HE SENT THEM TO ME.

I recently discovered that my home A/C was not functioning properly. I called Gowland's because, even though I had never used them before, I had heard good things about them. They were quick to set up an appointment for the next day. Zack came out promptly and even called to tell me he was on his way. He checked my unit and determined that there was a leak in my coil. He was friendly, efficient, and professional and sent me pictures of my unit with approximate costs to repair or replace. Sam, the owner came the next day to go over quotes for replacing my unit or repairing the leak. He gave me his cell number and even told me to have my son call him that night with any questions he might have. I decided to just repair my unit by replacing the coil and felt that their pricing was reasonable. Again Zack came out two days later with another repairman and competed the service. Again, both guys were very informative and friendly. I'm really satisfied with the service I received. I also want to shout out to the ladies in their office. I think I spoke with three of them and was pleased with their attitude and efficiency. Don't hesitate to use them!!!
