I have been intending to write a review all summer of 2019! At the end of May I had an issue with my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone. It had stopped charging, probably due to a moisture issue. It was out of warranty though and Verizon just gives one the run around. I took my phone in not knowing, it turned out to be an easy just cleaning the ports, NO CHARGE. But the fellow at the shop Logan Swanek was so nice and responded and I had my phone back in such a short turn around. I had a 3 year old Dell laptop that one day just wouldn't boot up and just offered a black screen. I don't know or recall all of the intricacies of the work it required but I do know that Logan was able to do what he said he would do and that was fix it - by any means necessary - and he did. It involved a new mother board and he basically found me something similar to what I had and transferred all of my better components to the new machine. I was unable to access my computer programs and data. I emailed Logan based on reviews that he had gotten. Logan responded via email very quickly. He came to my house, looked at the computer and discussed options. He gave me an estimate and took the computer to work on. He gave me updates and then returned a few days later - I had told him it was not priority. The computer is working better than it has for a long time - and he stuck to his very reasonable estimate. Logan does a great job and is very straight-forward. No computer geek snobbery - just great service delivered in a customer friendly way.

I have used SureTech Services close to 10 years and the excellent knowledge and service that Logan Swanek provides is superlative. I highly recommend SureTech Services without reservation.
