Jim is my new best friend! He spent over 2 hours cleaning my 6 yr old Dell Pentium computer, added an additional Ethernet cable for better wireless reception, plus helped me set up an additional streaming device to my TV for my Spectrum service. My computer now runs like new!... and the best part was I didn't have to leave my home -- no unplugging, driving, waiting, returning, etc.to a retail store.
