Mike is the most patient, competent IT specialist ever! He just spent an hour on the phone with me connecting my printer. Absolutely love this service!

IT Xpress handled the total upgrade from a 15 year old desktop to a new desktop, and from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This included transferring all data to insure compatibility with the new software, and re-installing all application software. Mike Baptiste completed the project on time and at a very reasonable cost. Once again ITXpress did an outstanding job for me.

I had an issue with my Chromebook that was probably due to me clicking something I shouldn't have. I was told by another place that it's cheaper to just replace the Chromebook than have it worked on. I called ITXpress and the lady was very kind and listened whiled I explained what my computer was doing. She told me to bring it in and let them look at it. I took it in to ITXpress that very day without an appointment. Mike got on my computer and clicked a few buttons and said that's it. Mike was on my computer less than five minutes. Mr. Mike was incredibly patient, graceful, and professional with me after I realized my information had been compromised. I was super anxious, but he remained calm, and his reassurance truly helped ease my fears. The way he explained everything (the dos and don’ts) and took the time to walk me through the process made a huge difference. It’s no coincidence that IT Xpress has a 5 star rating, cause it’s well deserved. I am truly grateful. Highly recommend hands down!!!
