One of Itsco Employees Larry ALWAYS delivers! This time he was able to fix my disconnected monitor (out of the blue from my docking station) and help me get Windows Snipping tool set up so I can test it out and possibly get rid of a paid tool I have been using for years. Very helpful and he always goes above and beyond! I appreciate him a lot!
