Claudia and her team from Superior heating and air did a tremendous job installing a furnace and an air conditioner. Claudia is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and quick to respond any questions I presented. Installers Victor and Josue very respectfully. My ac stopped working during this heatwave we got this past week and I found superior on google I called them and the service was amazing they got out same day and found what was wrong with my ac very very quickly! They went to the parts store and got my ac cooling again. They even gave me tips on how to maintain my ac and heater I am so grateful. thanks so much superior!

Our AC unit chose the absolute worst time to fail—in the middle of a major heatwave! We called Superior Mechanical and they sent out Claudia, who was an absolute professional and a lifesaver. From the moment she arrived, Claudia was courteous, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the issue, explaining the necessary repair steps in clear language. The quote was transparent, and she worked to fix our complex problem much faster than I expected. Thanks to Claudia, our house is running perfectly and is now wonderfully cool. She represents the best of what an HVAC service technician should be: skilled, honest, and dedicated. I highly recommend asking for Claudia by name for any service needs. Five stars well deserved!

I had Claudia from superior mechanical come in on time. She was very professional and honest she came on time and got right to work. She was able to find the problem and fix it within a few minutes. Prior to calling superior mechanical I had called another company which informed me that I needed to replace the unit and would cost thousands of dollars. I’m glad I called superior mechanical because of them I was able to save thousands of dollars!
