Mr Wallace did an excellent job on our LG oven. Very polite and communications were spot on. He kept us in the loop each step of the way. Thought we were going to have to replace oven, but was able to replace the parts and get us going again at a fair price- 😁 Thanks!!

Horrible service. Insurance company booked them for my washer repair. 4 days later I had never received a call from them for scheduling so I called them instead. They informed me they were planning on coming Monday. I had not spoken to anyone to make a appointment so im not sure how they were going to just pop up while we are at work with no idea they were "Planning to come". We made the appointment work by taking off and they did not show up, nor did they call, and no one has returned our call yet.

The fridge in my RV wasn’t working. I was set to leave the next day on a vacation. Mr. Kraemer arrived in the morning and was able to get it working for a reasonable price. He also warrants his work. He was VERY accommodating, saved my vacation and I recommend his services highly!
