Andre the technician that came to my house was very thorough and looked over my appliances carefully. He was able to tell me about my machines. There was one repair needed. He accomplished the repair with efficiency. I am grateful for this service..
Second time having Rachel take care of my ice maker. Very knowledgeable and professional on the job. Will of course be calling them again as the need arises.
Rachel did a great job repairing my dryer! Quick and very friendly. Pricing is reasonable. They are the only repair shop I found that offers a 1-year warranty which says a lot.
