Work was done quick which is great. Had the replace the screen and speakers on my s25 ultra. Screen looks great, however whenever I call no one can really hear me as they replaced my phone speaker with a off brand speaker from another low end company. Back of phone broke off about 2 hours after leaving while it was in my pocket. Was not clipped all the way shut. Wouldn't recommend as there id better options around
These guys are a real technical gem. Whenever manufacturer reps cannot do a basic task, like order and repair my 30 day young Iphone 17 pro max, these guys do it easy and on time. While some things take more money than others, their repair integrity is top notch when a simple (sometimes free) fix can help you. This is what phone repair service should be from every store.
I have had family and friends recommend STS Repair in the past. They always said that the work was great and price was affordable. I recently dropped my iPhone 15 Pro and cracked the screen. I called and they said that they had a screen in stock, so I went to drop it off to be fixed. When I got there, I handed them my phone and was prepared to come back a few hours later and pick it up. The gentleman took a look at my phone and said "Wait, it looks like you have a tempered glass cover" and proceeded to take that off and show me that the phone was, in fact, completely undamaged. I had forgotten that I put that on there. My mistake. He could've completely rooked me and taken the phone, pulled that screen off when I left, not do any work, and charge me full price for the replacement but he didn't do that. This review is about honesty and integrity. Not all businesses would have done the same thing. From here on out, if I need any repairs done on my phone or tablet, I will be taking them to STS Repairs. Keep up the great work!
