Good fast internet, that is until it goes down for some reason on a Friday afternoon and they can't do anything about it til Monday at the earliest. Some legitimate businesses have emergency crews available for things like this, but I suppose Circle Fiber is not one of those places.
I have used and appreciated Circle UNTIL they joined another company. Now, BEWARE, if you get home after 5p and your Internet isn't working, you are out of luck until the next day. No more after hours help. I am very disappointed in what has happened to this company and will be switching providers. That is substandard customer service.
Circle fiber doesn't have technicians to work on outages on weekends holidays or anytime after business hours. They are in no hurry to fix it either. I wouldn't recommend them.
Great experience so far with Circle Fiber! The techs that came to my home to install our service, Seth and Billy, were WONDERFUL! They were professional, trustworthy, friendly, and their attention to detail was top notch. A much better installation experience than with Spectrum. I am so thankful that we finally have another option for internet service and I was very happy to say goodbye to Spectrum!
