I reached out to Streamline Plumbing because I had two toilets constantly running, which caused my water bill to jump from about $30 a month to nearly $80. They responded immediately and sent out a technician, Will. He called before arriving, showed up on time, and carried himself with complete professionalism. He quickly identified the issue, provided an estimate, and was prepared to fix everything that same day. I wasn’t able to move forward at that moment, but this was back in October. When I called back later (January), they still had all my information on file and scheduled me right away. Will returned to complete the repairs, once again calling ahead and arriving on time. While working, he ran into a few unexpected challenges, but he handled everything with skill, patience, and clear expertise. His knowledge and passion for his work really stood out. I have used every Plumbing Company in Tupelo from time to time and by far Streamline is the absolute best. We had a leak in the main line coming into our house and could I not find it. I called Streamline and had a Tech out the next business day. Tim with streamline was very thorough and worked hard trying to locate it. Tim and Ricky(sidekick) worked late the first day to try and find it. Even David the owner came out to dig and help. They could not locate the leak or main line. Second day they brought an excavator and equipment to speed up locating the leak. After finding and fixing it, the clean up from all the digging was excellent. I am very very impressed and you will be too! Streamline did not even charge for the use of the extra equipment, just labor for the day. Straight forward and honest people, easy to work with, great communication on scheduling the work. The photos are or the massive holes they had to dig to try and locate the leak, and they did! So much more better than the way other contractors have left after installing a septic tank just months before. Thank you Tim, Ricky and David!
