SERVPRO of Tupelo and SERVPRO of Amory / Aberdeen & West Point

I Need to send out a BIG THANK YOU to the team @Serv Pro of Tupelo- Benji, Devin, Kelsey & Timothy. I had an upstairs hot water heater burst over a weekend, and they were an absolute lifesaver!! They showed up right away (even on a weekend) and got straight to work. The damage was extensive enough that they had to remove carpet, flooring, sections of walls, parts of the ceiling, insulation, and more. Throughout the entire process, they continuously cleaned up as they worked and did a fantastic job of keeping our household (with pets) running as normally as possible during the pre-restoration process. During the drying-out phase, which lasted a couple days, they came by several times to check on progress and make sure everything was going smoothly. Their communication was excellent — they explained every step of the process clearly and kept me informed about what to expect next. That transparency put me at ease during the chaotic & stressful situation. Everyone we dealt with was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. We have had the best experience with Servpro in a time of distress and being completely overwhelmed with busted pipes. Every person that came in our house was so kind and understanding. We ended up using them for fixing our plumbing and are planning to use them for reconstruction. We had a huge pine tree fall on our house during a bad storm. After getting a hold of my insurance agent they called ServPro. Todd from ServePro got right on it. The professional manner of all involved, including Todd, Heather, Tommy, Bishop, Robert and Benny was a relief as they were very informative about the process and what we should expect due to all the damage within our home. They came out 3 days in a row to make sure that the water from the rain was completely dried out. This meant removing the damaged sheetrock to remove the soppy wet insulation. This protected our home from any further damage. They made me feel very comfortable with what they did and explained everything as they went along. I give 5 out of 5 stars to each and every one of those people. Thank you for all you did!! I would 100% recommend their services.
