I've called these people twice to come and take a look at my stand up shower drain. The 1st time they gave me a time of 1 to 4 oclock where they came at 5 just to tell me they couldn't because they didn't have invoice papers ( I had to take off work for that information). I called them back again a they said they would give me a call to which I'm still waiting on that call. They use to be a good company I don't know what's wrong with them now but they don't have to worry about me anymore!!!
The Tech Marty was on time, very nice. Resolved my problem. He had completed the job in less than 2 hours, with all that he needed to fix. Even gave me a Seniors discount, which was wonderful. I have used them before on some other small repairs, they have always been friendly and completed the job on time. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
