Noah from Happy Pipes came to my home to address a concern I had with the air compressor for my septic. Noah showed up early, checked the pump and luckily all it was, was a loose hose. He was very thorough and checked to make sure the tank wasn't full and caused the hose to come loose. He is knowledgeable, answered what questions/ concerns I had. He was very polite!! I will definitely call them in the future for my septic system and highly recommend!!

Shannon was great. He was professional and personable. On arri al he asked me to describe the issue as well as if I had experienced any other problems with the system. He asked pertinent questions and then went to work. He pumped the main tank, and checked the disbursal lines for integrity. He found that the main line from the house had a large crack and had filled with roots in about 3 feet of line. He repaired that, which completed his work and fully fixed my system. I am very thankful for that. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if I have any more issues. I can not recommend then enough.
