Took in a trumpet that I've had for 16 years and needed a lot of work from damage that had accumulated over the years including a bent/crimped bell caused by trying to pull out a stuck tuning slide. Strait Music did an extraordinary job of restoring my Trumpet and fixing all 5 issues with it. The repairs were done in a very timely manner, and the cost of repairs were very fair. Calls me with any clarifying questions to make sure he is doing exactly what I want and the results are top notch (and fast).

Strait Music is an Austin gem. They have a wonderful space, great products, and knowledgeable and kind staff. You can sit online all day researching and ordering, but nothing beats a face to face conversation with someone who can immediately point you in the right direction and put thr exact thing you need directly into your hands. I am new to the pedal game, and Austin helped me tremendously with my setup. I will be coming back. I not only left with the perfect product, but I left with an education.
