We had an odd experience with Real Appliance Repair. After a diagnostic in which the technician barely touched the washer, we were quoted $400 for a repair and given his personal card with a different company name on it. I was able to source OEM parts from a reputable supplier for $50, so not sure if their supplier is overcharging them or they HIGHLY value their technicians. In any case, I don't think we'll use them again. *Edit:* do also note that after I posted this, I received text messages and a call asking me to delete the review in exchange for money. In other words, I would not trust the reviews here.

I recently had Real Appliance Repair install our new cooktop, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. They were right on time, which is always appreciated. Dimitrii (the technician) was an absolute pleasure to work with — super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got the job done incredibly fast without cutting any corners, and the new cooktop looks perfect in our kitchen. I can highly recommend Real Appliance Repair — and specifically ask for Dimitrii if you can!
