We had a problem with our ice maker that started on a late Sunday evening. I reached out online and quickly got a response that allowed me to schedule service. The technician came out the following day right on time. He quickly diagnosed and replaced the defective part. He was very professional, efficient and thorough. The cost of the repair was fair based on the volume of work needed. Prostar will be our goto for appliance repairs moving forward.
Seriously amazing group of repair people. Everyone was so nice and the job got done well and for a reasonable price (seriously, about the same price we paid 7 years ago when the same part went out). Something accidentally broke while trying to put my washer back together and they replaced the part for free even though the 40 year old plastic was bound to break soon anyway. I even got some good Ukrainian restaurant suggestions.
ProService repaired my 8 year old thermador range. It was a complicated repair and they did a great job. They kept at until they got it right which I appreciate! Thank you!
The tech Kamran was very thorough & thoughtful. We had several elements out on our dryer. He was extremely clean & got the job done pretty quickly & efficiently. We moved in about 6 months ago & the dryer was here in our rental. Apparently the lent cleaning hadn’t been done on top of 3 elements going out. He explained to me about getting it cleaned regularly & then did his best to clean it for us. Nice to have our dryer back working better than ever.
